We are a family run butchers and have been based in Stevenage Town Centre for over 50 years. It was founded by Ray Hurren, who after working for many years in the butchery dept at Fine Fares Stevenage, decided to branch out on his own.

Paul & Sue Hurren now run the business after Ray retired in 2010.  The business has diversified over the years, as well as maintaining the retail side, the business has branched into a successful Catering Butchers.

Hurren's Butchers is passionate about bringing great quality food at a price you can afford. We are a local business building relationships with our customer and providing a great customer service, Hurrens staff are always available to help with advice on products, cuts, quantities or just help converting from lb's into kg.
