Our Matured Beef Topside is carefully selected and matured for extra tenderness and a rich, full beef flavour. Expertly prepared and tied by our butchers, it’s ready to go straight into the roasting tin.
 
Roast it beautifully pink or take it a little further for a more traditional finish. Either way, it carves into generous, tender slices and makes a fantastic centrepiece for Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
