Beautifully marbled, full of rich beef flavour and left on the bone for maximum succulence, our Rib of Beef is expertly prepared and tied by our butchers, ready for roasting.
 
Cook it beautifully pink, give it plenty of time to rest, then carve into thick, juicy slices. The natural marbling and bone help keep the beef wonderfully tender while creating those rich roasting juices that make an incredible gravy.
